With mindfulness being so on point and lots of us not knowing how to start slowing our brain down, two extreme-stressheads at everything-womanly.com have taken to the biggest arty trends of the lockdown era!
Paint By Numbers & Colouring In!
Both of them have found that the more intricate or interesting-to-them projects they can find, the more they focus on nothing but colour and the creative process. Both these individuals are arty and creative in their own right – but by choosing not to create the base artwork themselves – they can get right on and lose themselves in their passion without self-critiquing.
This is what our pair have been doing, there are many companies and brands out there with almost limitless supply of PBN and Adult Colouring images and themes available. The horse painting below was given as a birthday present to a lovely young lady who works in a stableyard!
It’s taken them a while to find something to slow them down – we’d love to know if this works for you too!
